Supervising of the diesel plants (1 Mitsubishi, 2 caterpillar and 3 Cummins engines) which are used for milling. Taking readings and recording of all the plants at regular intervals of 1hr. readings taking are, the load on the diesel plants, the rpm of the engines, the water temperatures and all recorded.
Regular supervising of the water level, oil gauge, and making sure the load on the diesel engines does not exceed the manufacturers instructions.
Servicing of the various plants at a run time of 250hours.
Witnessed and participated with the overhauling of the Mitsubishi plant which was referred as plant E.
Transferring of CAT A radiator to CAT B.
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; requesting special services.
